Welcome! This blog is aimed at those living in or working with condominiums in Ontario: the property managers, directors, unit owners, developers, contractors, and other professionals. Peter Drucker, best known for his work in the study of management, said it best when he said:

Knowledge has to be improved, challenged, and increased constantly, or it vanishes.

This quote aptly summarizes the goals of this blog: to provide information on condominium matters to its readers to further their knowledge and to obtain feedback from others in the industry to improve my own knowledge. To achieve these goals the blog will include information on the relevant legislation, recent case law, upcoming events, and important media coverage.
