David Sunday

David Sunday is an Ontario land development lawyer with Robson Carpenter LLP.

David works with land developers on all aspects of real estate development, including the approval and registration of condominium corporations under Ontario’s Condominium Act and the subdivision of land under Ontario’s Planning Act.

David can also provide clients with strategic advice and guidance on municipal issues, matters before the Ontario Municipal Board, expropriations, and title issues.

David lives in Kitchener with his wife, Katherine, and their two young children.
