The firm
Robson Carpenter LLP opened its doors in 2006. The firm’s founders, Craig Robson and Greg Carpenter, set out to build a firm focused on servicing the needs of condominium and subdivision developers and builders. Craig and Greg collectively share over 70 years of experience in the area of condominium and subdivision law.
To meet the firm’s clients' needs and to better service its growing client base within the Region of Waterloo and throughout Ontario, the small and dedicated group of law clerks and staff that Craig and Greg began with in 2006 has grown significantly. Robson Carpenter LLP also recently added two more lawyers – David Sunday and Adam Zasada both joined the firm in 2011.
David adds capacity to the firm’s subdivision and condominium development practice. His background in municipal and expropriation matters expands the breadth of advice and services that the firm is able to offer its developer and builder clients.
Adam’s background is in litigation and construction law and his addition to the firm has expanded its services to now include those areas. In addition to now providing construction law advice and litigation services to Robson Carpenter LLP’s existing client base, Adam continues to represent clients across Ontario in a range of litigation matters.
While the firm has grown to stay ahead of demand, what hasn't changed is its focus on serving the needs of clients involved in land development, real estate, construction, and related industries throughout Ontario. Similarly, the ability to appreciate and service clients’ legal needs in a timely and cost-effective manner remains at the core of the firm’s values and how its professionals service its clients.
